Merrylands
Our Merrylands project is one that we are most proud of where we conducted a complete knock-down re-build for one of our customers.

Transforming an older single story house into a modern double story duplex.
We have also fitted out this entire house with products that work with Google Assistant to make everything from the lights to the security system be controlled over Wi-Fi and the customers mobile phone.
Newtown
A 500 sqm warehouse being transformed into a multi-story building housing over 15 single and double room apartments.
A primal location for both international residents and also locals, this project is set up to bring people closer into the Sydney community.
Forest Lodge
After final approval, our Forest Lodge project is in full throttle to deliver a block of appartments located 200 meters away from The University of Sydney. This boarding block will contain 17 appartments with a complete underground carpark and outdoor seating area.

The block will consist of single and double room appartments with common areas for residents to build a community.
Annandale
Developing Parramatta Rd and providing the emerging inner west suburb with a beautiful apartment block to revamp the area.

With a mixture of commercial on the ground floor and residential apartments above, this new building will provide a nice addition to the atmosphere and a nice location for locals to socialise.
Petersham
Just up the road from our other site in Annandale, our petersham project will provide a similar aspect to bring new development to Parramatta Rd. With the project moving along smoothly we are looking to have this site finished by the end of 2022
Campbelltown
Our customer wanted to provide his grandparents with a home close to theirs so we built them a granny flat in the backyard. A stylish single bedroom granny flat was built and amazed the customer and his grandparents.
Goulburn
Transformation of a concrete block into an amazing 3 bedroom home and indoor pool right next door. We fitted the entire property with smart products that connected through WiFi that gave the customer Mobile access into all electronics within his house.
CCTV cameras were also installed to keep everything secure for the customer.
